On Sunday, October 5th, the first of three Yoga Workshops for the 2025-2026 school year will take place.

Always wanted to become more proficient with “the Language of Yoga”?

It will be an inspiring day that will appeal to anyone who has been practicing Iyengar yoga for a while. We’ll start by saying the Sanskrit names of the asanas, what they reveal about the form or action in the asana. After soup, we’ll discuss using the correct words and simultaneously maintaining ease of speech when giving instructions to yourself or others. Are you training for Level 1 or Level 2? Here you’ll have the opportunity to assist or review your verbal instructions.
