Dear (wo)man,

August is over, the new school year is coming, and we’re about to start! On Monday 2 September, the schedule will be back to normal, at least if you – holidaymaker – still find your way back to the Yogaschool.

Happy to announce that there will be an extra Beginners class with Anna teaching on Tuesday evening at 19:45. Book now for 3 September here.
The General class with FransJozef will start at 18:00 from next Tuesday.
Linda will lead two ‘quiet time’ lessons this fall on Sunday evenings 29/09 and 03/11. Click on the dates for more information and booking.
Also, the Pranayama class starts again. In former years this class was mainly going from supported asanas to breath awareness and some basic practice of Pranayama. This year we’ll skip the restorative bit and start right away with Savasana for Pranayama. If you’re new to this kind of yogic practice, please come every week to this class, as this will help you to build a firm foundation. Pranayama puts you on the threshold of meditative yoga. It’s for you if you can stay longer in asanas, and if you can already bring yourself in a quiet state. Not for newbies. 
If you have any questions about the schedule, or whether you are ready for a certain class, don’t hesitate to ask.
We appreciate it when you book in time, so don’t wait to book once you’ve decided when you want to take a class. In Momoyoga you can even book your favorite class of the week over a longer period. Then click on: ‘Book the entire series’ and consequently, all tickets on your card will be used for this class until your tickets are all used. Do you notice on the day of the class, or the evening before, that you can’t come or that you want to skip a class from the series? You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 4 hours before the start of the class.

In 2024 and in addition to the regular schedule, there’s more:

  • 15/0913/1010/11; 8/12YogAteliers take place in Antwerp, for advanced practitioners and practitioners training for the Level 1 or 2 teachership. 
  • 5/10: Level 2 training for teachers (1st lesson of 3 with the theme: ‘Researching Kriya yoga’.
  • 27-28-29-30/12: After-Christmas Workshop for enthusiasts with 1 year of Iyengar yoga experience. Take time to immerse yourself in yoga before Anna leaves for one – and Kristien for two months of study in the mother institute in Pune.
