Pune 1
Dear,
Anna and I are now in Pune, a fifteen-minute walk from the Iyengar yoga institute. We settled in after our suitcases arrived two days late. We’ve already spent six full days of the twelve-day special convention in honour of the institute’s golden jubilee. Two hundred and fifty people from all over the world are being taught by all the teachers of the institute. It feels like coming home to me. In the evening, my cheeks ache from looking happy. I even recognize people on the street or in restaurants.
When I said goodbye at the end of the wonderful After-Christmas workshop, I heard the question of whether I would learn many new things in Pune, I couldn’t think of an answer. But yesterday, Sunita Iyengar suddenly said adequately what I could not formulate: “You may think you’re here for learning asanas, but you’re here to reach the core”.
On Wednesday, Harriët will start teaching at the school. I see that many people have already registered. FransJozef begins again on January 21st and Linda will teach her ‘quiet time’ class on Sunday evening January 26th and February 23rd.
See you next time! Enjoy the pictures.
Warmest regards!
Also, on behalf of Anna,
Kristien

-Sometimes when we are standing with a cup of tea after class, what you always wanted to ask just evaporates and only when you get home do you remember what it was. You can always contact us via the contact page on the website.
-And, writing a review about our school, the classes, the certified teachers, Iyengar yoga itself, and what it gives you specifically in your life, is always welcome! Here is the link.
View the schedule from day to day. Then click here for the CLASS SCHEDULE page on our website. There you‘ll find all the classes together. As soon as you click on a class to book, you will swoosh across the internet to the Momoyoga site where you can create and view your account and arrange your classes and many other useful things.
