Registration personal data
We register the personal data of the persons who attend classes at Yogaschool Amsterdam. For this purpose, two systems are used:
- Momoyoga (www.momoyoga.com/nl)
Yogaschool Amsterdam registers here the following personal data:
- First and last name (always registered)
- Email address (always registered)
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Telephone number
- Bank details
- Health (is necessary for the proper treatment of the student)
These data are used to administer the subscriptions and payments. A data processing agreement has been entered into with Momoyoga.

One year after a student’s right to attend classes at Yogaschool Amsterdam expires, that person’s data will be deleted from Momoyoga.

Yogaschool Amsterdam records the following personal data here:

This data is used to send email newsletters. In the newsletters, we only share relevant information about the yogaschool, such as holidays, class schedules, and workshops. We will not unnecessarily overload your inbox.
A data processing agreement has been entered into with Laposta.
Laposta stores and uses data until the data subject unsubscribes via the “unsubscribe from this list” option provided at the bottom of each newsletter.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties other than with the express consent of the relevant person.
