Pentecost Workshop

We continue the tradition of a workshop on the two festive days of Pentecost for all inspired yogis, people who participate in the mentor program and if you want to meet ‘Kristien as a mentor’ (if you want to become a certified Iyengar yoga teacher). Anyway, with a minimum of two years of Iyengar yoga experience you can participate. 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Asana; 14:00 – 15:00 Let’s talk Q&A/philosophy; 15:00 – 17:00 Restorative asanas + breath (separate days/mornings can be booked separately from 1 May)
