Heads up for the early birds ð£
Dear (wo)man,
Practicing on my own, but how?Â
Yoga is done in groups at our school, but it is actually for you and yourself. With the dark days ahead, it might be a good idea to come to class once, mostly twice a week, Ã nd practice at home the other days.Â
We say, after six months of lessons – with the basic knowledge of the asanas you can start doing yoga at home! More inspiration youâll find in the weekday lessons. A bit strange, but for ‘practicing at home’ you need to distance yourself again from that group thing. Then you can make your intention come true, for example: “Every day a quarter of an hour on my mat” or “When I get up, I âll breathe deeply in front of an open window” etc. etc. Yes, you need some concentration and a dose of perseverance, but please leave perfectionism and overthinking behind. The gift is enormous.
âFour days of deep diving into yoga and tips for practising independently.â
Heads up! The early bird price for the whole âAfter Christmas workshopâ is available for two days. From Monday, November 18th onwards, you can book separate days as well:
- Friday 27th: 3 â 6 pm
- Saturday 28th: 11 am â 5:30 pm
- Sunday 29th: 11 am â 5:30 pm
- Monday 30th: 10 am â 2 pm
So come along and book here!
With winter just around the corner, refresh regularly. With a healthy body and clear vision, yoga teaches you how to, so see you in the Kanaalstraat or on the screen!
Warm regards, also on behalf of the team,
Kristien

Yoga is effort. Only practice is important.
The rest of knowledge is only theory.
